Ongoing Training & Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and preparation of screens for printing.

Mix and prepare inks according to color specifications.

Load and unload garments onto the printing press. Operate screen printing machinery under the guidance of experienced printers.

Monitor print quality and make adjustments as necessary.

Ensure accurate color matching and registration of prints.

Clean and maintain printing equipment and work area.

Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.

Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in screen printing is a plus but not required. Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on production needs.
